Women's Spring Wellness Retreat

This retreat is a great opportunity to take a break, reflect, rejuvenate, connect and do some healing of your body, mind and spirit. You will receive tons of support and love from me to help with setting intentions and bringing forth what you truly want more or less of in your life, and a plan to get there. There will also be four wonderful additional practitioners holding the space for you through healing circles, sound baths guided meditation, body work, intuitive readings and yoga Nidra, flow & restorative classes. Everything will be taken care of for you, and all you need to do is show up! All activities are optional, so you get to decide how much or little you want to do. It’s all about YOU and filling up your beautiful cup!

Benicia (40 mins from SF just north of Vallejo and east of Martinez) is considered a hidden Bay Area gem, and one of the best places to live in CA. Great walking score, waterfront property and cute shops.
